Do I receive the exact item shown?
Yes. Utah Dump Digger is set up around exact-item inventory. The specimen shown in the listing photos is the specimen that ships.
Can I pick up my order instead of shipping it?
Yes. Local pickup can be selected during checkout when you prefer to collect the order in person.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, when it is safe for the specimens involved. Fragile or oversized pieces may still require a separate or manual shipping review.
Why did an item disappear after I added it to cart?
One-of-one items can be held temporarily in a cart. Those holds expire after a period of inactivity so the item can return to inventory for other shoppers.
Can I use more than one promotion?
Regular promotions do not stack with each other. A shipping promotion may pair with one regular promo when that shipping offer is configured to allow it.
Do taxes show before payment?
Yes. The cart estimates shipping, taxes, and discounts before redirecting to the payment provider.
Can I visit the shop and dig through material in person?
Yes. The shop has local inventory, rough material, and a bucket-dig option. Please message ahead if you want to see a specific website or eBay item.
