This is a Tooth Fossil from the Dakotaraptor collected from the Cretaceous-aged Hell Creek Formation in Montana, making it approximately 70 million years old.

Dakotaraptor was a giant, feathered dromaeosaurid ("raptor") dinosaur that measured 5.5 to 6 meters (18 to 20 feet) long and lived about 66 million years ago at the very end of the Cretaceous period. Size: Reached lengths up to 19.7 feet (6 meters) and weighed between 220 and 350 kg (490 to 770 lb), making it one of the largest raptors ever discovered (second only to Utahraptor). The Killing Claw: Featured a massive, 9.5-inch (24 cm) retractable sickle claw on its second toe.
